Elisa is a Professional Counselor, who earned her Master’s in Clinical Mental Health Counseling at Capella University.
Her experience includes working with children, teens, adults, and families in both inpatient and outpatient settings. She has experience working with clients dealing with anxiety, depression, family conflict, trauma, and other challenges. Her experience as a nanny/house manager provides insight into family dynamics and an understanding that every family member brings a unique and special personality to the family.
Elisa mainly uses an Eclectic approach that includes CBT, Solution-Focused, and Rogerian to provide a holistic approach. She believes that each therapy session should be curtailed to the exact needs of the client, which can be fluid and ever-changing.
She enjoys getting to know her clients with openness, genuineness, and honesty. Her goal is to walk beside you, not in front or behind, during this difficult time.
