Scarlett is a dedicated Scheduling Manager with over 10 years of management and training experience in healthcare and administrative roles. She maintains a compassionate approach to leadership, team training and development, and patient interactions in order to provide each client with a warm and outstanding introduction to Roots and the services we offer.
Scarlett is passionate about training and collaborating to implement new and improved processes to better assist our clients, and further educate and promote growth amongst her team. She offers ongoing support and guidance to ensure team members are confident and able to provide the highest quality of care to the community we serve.
Outside of the office, Scarlett enjoys spending time reading, working on puzzles, and traveling.
