Vania serves as the Office Manager for our Lost Creek location, ensuring everything runs smoothly while creating a warm and welcoming environment for both staff and patients. She keeps the day-to-day operations in check, supports the team, and ensures patients have the best possible experience. Whether it’s problem-solving behind the scenes or helping things flow seamlessly, Vania is always ready to jump in with a smile.
She’s passionate about making sure both her team and the patients feel valued, cared for, and supported. Her attention to detail, organization, and compassionate nature help create a space where everyone feels at home.
When she’s not keeping the office in top shape, Vania loves spending time with her family and her beloved fur babies. You might also find her shooting hoops on the basketball court or enjoying a peaceful day of fishing. She believes in hard work, the power of a positive mindset, and a good laugh—and she brings that energy into everything she does!
