Rebecca White is a Board Certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner with over 30 years of nursing experience. The first half of her career was spent in the ER, ICU, Surgery, and Recovery—meeting people in some of their most vulnerable moments. During those years, she served as a patient advocate, helping individuals navigate crisis with compassion and clarity.
For the past 15+ years, Rebecca has worked in multiple areas of mental health as an advanced practice provider. She currently sees adolescents and adults, specializes in ADHD, treatment-resistant depression, PTSD, and bipolar disorder. In addition to providing medication management, she also serves in the roles of rater and sub-investigator in clinical research.
Rebecca’s approach is rooted in treating the whole person. She integrates medication management with the pillars of health and wellness—restorative sleep, nutrition, exercise, supplements, social connection, and spiritual balance. She understands that many people meet her on some of their hardest days, and she sees her role as one part of their healing journey—helping each person find what works best for them and supporting them in becoming the best version of themselves.
Outside of work, Rebecca enjoys gardening, tennis, practicing and teaching healing modalities, supporting her three boys, and working on her family farm. She brings the same grounded, compassionate energy to her practice that she lives by every day.

We’re proud to share that our three affiliated practices—Psych Atlanta, Georgia Psychiatry & Sleep, and Roots Behavioral Health—are now part of the Hightop Health family. While each clinic has built its own legacy of trusted care, we’re taking the next step forward—bringing everything together under the Hightop Health name.
This change is part of our commitment to creating a premier, clinician-led outpatient mental health group that sets a new standard for comprehensive, compassionate care. Though the brand is evolving, nothing about your experience is: same expert teams, same innovative treatments, same personalized approach. Now unified by a single mission—to deliver better mental health care that inspires hope and lasting healing.
This transition won’t affect your care—but it will enhance the way we show up, work together, and serve communities across Georgia, Texas, and beyond.
