Steph is a NCCPA-certified Physician Assistant who is passionate about helping patients feel heard, understood, and supported throughout their mental health journey. She earned her Master of Physician Assistant Studies from Texas Tech University Health Sciences Center and began her career practicing hospital medicine and gastroenterology before discovering her passion for mental health care.
Steph has experience in addiction medicine, supportive psychotherapy, and medication management. She believes that the best outcomes come from a collaborative partnership, and she works closely with each patient to develop individualized treatment plans that align with their goals and values. Known for her warm, compassionate approach, Steph strives to create a comfortable, judgment-free environment where patients can openly discuss their concerns and feel empowered in their care.
Outside of work, Steph enjoys spending time with her family, friends, and her dog. She loves traveling, hiking, and scuba diving, and can often be found attempting to hit a golf ball farther than 75 feet, watching reality TV, or convincing herself that she will one day finish crocheting her first blanket.
